Nice, the capital of the French Riviera, is the fifth largest city in France. As weather and glamour are the main attractions to Nice and the surrounding areas, its population doubles during the tourist season!
There is a vibrant community of locals who are of mixed origin and run the many tourist facilities. Included in this community is a very high percentage of professional artists. France has long acknowledged art, which is one of its greatest exports. Artists are given many privileges in Nice, including favorable tax treatment as well as a high status in the French society.
Nice has been known for a long time as a playground for the rich and famous. Elton John has probably the biggest and most beautiful villa in Nice that overlooks the whole city and yet is very private.
Nice is right next door to the Principality of Monaco, a tax haven which attracts many international businessmen.
Major international events take place in this part of the world such as the Cannes Film Festival and the Monaco Grand Prix.

We know that to reach a goal it requires more than just overcoming barriers. This opening line is too solemn, don’t you agree? It’s because here at Nice, it’s different! It’s almost an esoteric phenomenon… I am talking about a state of mind, this incomparable spirit of game that led us to victory from year to year.
My deepest wish, a little bit outside the humanoid band, is simply that this Nicois spirit would wake up and accomplish more miracles for the development and the Clearing of our beautiful region.
I assure you that the Ideal Org of Nice will have all attributes the world envies us: aesthetics, style of living, beauty and attention to detail, in short everything which characterizes our culture.

François’s message
Going home one evening after my weekly meeting I realised that the program of the Ideal Orgs had been launched 10 years ago and that we still do not have ours and we are far from having it. While I was wandering with low spirits on the Promenade du Paillon, I sat on a bench, really sad. Near me sat an old man. After 10 minutes he asked me: “What’s the problem my boy? You look so sad.” I explained to him that my friends and I have to build an Ideal Org but that we would never achieve it due to the enormity of the project. We really don’t know what to do!
The old man whose name was Matteo told me that he knew the secret to build the Ideal Org. “You pick a first brick” he said “you put some cement and you place it. Then you pick a second brick, you put some cement and lay it near to the first one. Then you pick a third one… You see my boy, in ancient times they built the cathedrals this way. They laid a first brick, a second then a third, etc. My secret has two parts: 1) You lay a brick and 2) you ask yourself when you are going to lay the next one. Do like this and one day you will have your Ideal Org, for sure!
Motivated by this secret, I went to my chartered accountant and asked him to calculate the price of an Ideal Org brick taking into account the brick itself, the cement, the water, the bricklayer, his wages, the social costs, the insurance, the electricity, etc. After two weeks work he gave me the answer: an Ideal Org brick costs €1000 (10 youpiyoupies).
